Ezzra is operated by USQUALITY, LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its registered address at 990 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 501-16, Miami, FL 33132, United States ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Ezzra website and mobile apps, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Account data. Your email address and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in plain text), and your display name if you provide one.
Onboarding answers. The business stage, focus areas and priorities you select when you set up your account, used to recommend tracks.
Learning data. Which lessons and modules you open and complete, the answers and decisions you make inside simulations, scores, streaks, shields and any reflections you write.
Subscription data. Your plan, its status and renewal date, and the store that processed the purchase. We never receive or store your card number.
Support messages. If you report a problem, the message you write and the email address of your account, so we can reply.
Usage analytics. Pages and screens viewed, feature events, approximate region, device and browser type. On the web we may record anonymised session replays with all form inputs masked; we do not record authentication screens.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not show advertising.
To provide the service — creating your account, saving progress, restoring purchases, syncing across devices. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
To improve the product — understanding which content works and where people get stuck. Legal basis: your consent where required, and otherwise our legitimate interest in improving a service you use.
To communicate with you — account emails, purchase receipts, and replies to your support messages. Legal basis: performance of our contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you.
To keep the service secure and comply with the law— detecting abuse, meeting tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legitimate interests and legal obligation.
We rely on a small number of specialist providers to run Ezzra. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may use your data only to deliver its service to us:
Purchases made inside the mobile apps are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play under their own privacy policies — that is also where you manage or cancel such a subscription.
We will identify our current providers by name on request; email support@ezzra.app.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We are established in the United States and some of our providers process data there. Where personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred outside those areas, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
We keep your account data and learning history for as long as your account exists, so your progress is there when you return. When you delete your account, we erase your profile, progress, question history, reflections, simulation state and subscription record. Records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes (such as purchase records) are retained for the period required by law. Analytics events are retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your personal data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw any consent you have given. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
You can delete your account and all associated data yourself, at any time: in the mobile app go to Profile and choose Delete account, or use the delete account page on the web. For any other request, email us at support@ezzra.app and we will respond within 30 days.
We use storage on your device to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. These are necessary for the service to work. Analytics and session replay on the website run only where permitted, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us.
Ezzra is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Ezzra's learning content is created with the assistance of artificial intelligence and reviewed by our editorial team before publication. The businesses, characters and scenarios in the simulations are fictional; any resemblance to real companies or people is coincidental. Your personal data is not used to train third-party AI models.
If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change significantly affects you, notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
