Terms of Service

Ezzra is a learning product for founders and operators. You play through short business simulations, make decisions, and unlock the principles behind them. We may add, change or retire content and features as the product develops.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you use Ezzra on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@ezzra.app if you believe someone else has gained access. One account is for one person; do not share it.

Free accounts can play one module per calendar day. Replaying a module you have already finished is always free and does not use that day's slot. Ezzra Pro removes the daily limit and opens every track in the catalogue.

Current prices for the monthly and annual plans are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase, in your local currency where the store supports it. The price you see at the moment of purchase is the price that applies.

Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google under their own terms, and subscriptions purchased on the website are billed by our payment processor. Ezzra never receives your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — for in-app purchases through your App Store or Google Play account settings, and for website purchases through the billing portal linked from your profile. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by those stores under their refund policies. For purchases made on our website, contact us at support@ezzra.app.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use Ezzra Pro immediately after purchase, you expressly request that we begin providing the service during that period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. If you have not used your Pro access, you can still ask us to cancel and refund it within 14 days by emailing support@ezzra.app.

Please do not: copy, resell or redistribute Ezzra's content; scrape or bulk-download it; attempt to bypass the daily limit, the paywall or any access control; probe or disrupt our infrastructure; or use Ezzra to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

The simulations, text, artwork, software and brand are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning while your account is active — it does not transfer ownership.

Anything you write in the app, such as reflections, remains yours. You grant us the limited right to store and display it back to you as part of running the service.

Ezzra's learning content is created with the assistance of artificial intelligence and reviewed by our editorial team before publication. Businesses, characters and scenarios in the simulations are fictional.

Ezzra teaches business principles through fictional scenarios. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment or employment advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Decisions about your own business are yours; consult a qualified professional where the stakes warrant it. We do not warrant any particular business outcome from using Ezzra.

We work to keep Ezzra available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Ezzra is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or the mandatory statutory rights of consumers.

You can stop using Ezzra at any time and delete your account from within the app or on the delete account page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. We will update the date at the top of this page and, where a change materially affects you, notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Ezzra after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence or of the right to bring proceedings there.
